In this week’s podcast, I had the pleasure of interviewing Aly Giampolo and Colette Dong, co-founders and instructors of The Ness, an NYC-based trampoline cardio and sculpting studio that has taken the boutique workout scene by storm. 

Aly and Colette discuss the incredible thought that went into naming their business and what they attribute their growth to. They explain their similar dance backgrounds, how they got into fitness trampoline training, and how their friendship/partnership has worked to balance each other out. We also discuss some of the struggles they face and how they manage to maintain their energy in a physically demanding world.
