What can we do to prepare ourselves for grief? Is there a right and wrong way to fight? And should we force our children to say sorry? Answering all these questions and many more is the brilliant psychotherapist, Julia Samuel. 

She tells us about her experience of helping people through child bereavement, and we discuss the conversations we need to have with our own parents before it's too late. We talk about sharing the mental load, and living losses, including the ones we're dealing with right now. So there's some deep stuff in here - but as always, we manage to have some laughs along the way.
