In this 250th podcast episode of Dave Tate's Table Talk, Jeremy Hartman takes a seat.

Jeremy Hartman is an educator, high school strength and conditioning coach, and world class powerlifting coach. Jeremy brings a plethora of knowledge to the powerlifting world through his own experiences as a high level competitor and coaching others to do the same.

As a competitive powerlifter, Jeremy was a six-time National Champion and had the honor of representing the United States on the international stage at the IPF World Championships and the World Games. His most notable achievements include earning a gold medal in the deadlift and a bronze medal in the bench press at the 2008 IPF World Championships.

He earned his return to the world stage as a coach, developing his athletes to also earn the honor of competing on the international stage. Jeremy's athletes have cumulatively earned 20 National titles, and set 60 American records and 8 IPF World records.

Jeremy was recently recognized for his successes as a coach, earning the 2023 USA Powerlifting Coach of the Year award.

Jeremy is passionate about sharing his knowledge with others and has become known for his skills as a presenter, speaking at events such as the elitefts SWIS Symposium, USAPL Athlete Camps, and various podcasts.
