My guest in this special episode is JJ virgin who really needs no introduction whatsoever. She's been around for decades, a powerhouse in this space, four times New York Times best selling author. She's just so knowledgeable, it just blows my mind. And what we're going to do is go deep into one of the most popular books in my opinion, The Virgin Diet...drop 7 foods, lose 7 pounds in just 7 days. And what I love about JJ is she is just so real...she's going to tell it to you like it is. She is not afraid to call you out on couple things. So you might need to change some things with your diet to really push past that weight loss resistance that you are experiencing. This is JJ's specialty. Weight loss resistance is her jam and she relates it to food intolerance and things that you might need to take out to get your body moving and to shift from being a sugar burner to being a fat burner. And I want to quote this from JJ, "Your body is not a bank account. It's a chemistry lab." I absolutely love that quote. Because it just really sums it all up and it sums up what we have to do to change the way that we're eating to really look at what we're putting in our mouth.
