Jeremy Hamilton was a competitive powerlifter from 2007 to 2016. Hamilton competed worldwide and is a former all-time world record holder in the 220-pound weight class (raw with wraps) with a 2123-pound total. He also totaled 2017 lbs at 220 lbs (raw), which at the time of doing it was the third-highest raw total of all time in the weight class. Hamilton was voted Powerlifter of the Year in 2015 by Powerliftingwatch.com.

 

He still holds the highest raw male dots in Canada and the highest Canadian total in raw and raw with wraps in the 220-pound weight class.

 

Over the years, Hamilton has given back to the strength community through his many YouTube instructional videos and seminars in Canada, the United States, and Australia. He has also done lectures at the University of Toronto for the school’s strength athletes.
