A few weeks ago, I woke up and realized I had aged overnight — and I don’t say that lightly.
My skin looked dull, saggy, gray, and smushed, and it wasn’t bouncing back. And while I’m committed to aging naturally, the suddenness of it stopped me in my tracks.
