The book reflects Rhonda’s own journey - and is filled with accessible practices for us to end our suffering, revealing the greatest discovery a human being can ever make, and shows you the way out of negativity, problems, and what you don’t want, to living a life of happiness and your true nature. I found the book really interesting, and I loved getting the chance to ask Rhonda all about it.
