I am so happy to introduce today’s episode, where I welcome Tirtha Gurung to the podcast. She is a runner, who in the last 3 years has discovered the trails, and pushed herself to new heights. After completing UTS100k – a feat in itself – she got into UTMB 2024, and completed it! What made it even more special was 7 of her running friends from the Runderbolt community, volunteering to crew, support and cheer her on, for this monumental adventure.
