7 years ago today I made my best business decision ever - to begin this show. I didn't know what I was doing. Nobody seemed to care. But I had the seed of an idea and all the messy action to make it happen.

Fast forward to today and this podcast has been transformative for business, not just for the growth and impact it's enabled, but also for the journey it's taken me on, the lessons it's taught me and the people it's connected me to. Safe to say it's been a FULL 7 years - of highs, lows, lessons, mistakes and changes - and in today's episode, I'm bringing you behind the curtain, answering your juicy questions.
