Very happy to share my conversation with Marie Cheng today. She is an ultra-runner, mountain lover and marketing director for the UK UTMB Events.

We talk about her leap from the corporate world and the city to a more creative life in nature, her introduction to running and how it also shaped her career. She shares the challenges, and the joy that this new lifestyle brought her – and we discuss ways she hopes to encourage people into the sport via her work, such as women and people from under-represented background.

This is a conversation about the importance of finding your own path, knowing yourself, and chasing what lights you up – whether it’s in a running race or a passion project.
