“Say yes and figure it out after. It's okay to be a learner and new at something again. How you build confidence is through knowledge. And if you shy away from learning new things and doing new things, then you won't ever be confident in something. I think that's something that everybody should listen and lean into.  If something scares you but you get those butterflies— do it. Because once you're done with it, you come out a completely different person on the other side.

Richelle Pena is an entrepreneur, pharmacist, podcast host, author, and business strategist who transformed her experience in healthcare into a thriving pediatric dental practice alongside her husband. Richelle's passion for business education and empowering healthcare professionals led to her current venture, Health Biz Mastery, an online platform teaching essential business skills specifically for the medical industry. Most recently,  Richelle co-authored her first book, "The Power Couple," where she shares all her learning lessons building a thriving business while managing a home life and children.
