When faced with the discomfort that making decisions can bring, you may, like I did, think it's safer just to stay still and not move in any direction.

Just don't make any choice at all.

When you begin to see that not doing anything is also actually making the choice to not do anything, you can begin to see that you are allowing and encouraging your own helplessness and feeling like you are stuck.

Because change is always coming, no matter what choice you make, choosing to stay still is not possible when everything else moves past you, you are actually going backwards.

So you can choose to redefine what it means to make different choices and accept change and even some chaos as you move!
