In this week's two-part episode, Dr Jordin explains the lifecycle of a superwoman, and how this lifecycle inevitably leads to burnout.

Dr. J chats about how the over functioning superwoman is stuck in a loop of over-giving and taking on extra work until she is taken out by exhaustion, but then once recovered jumps back into her routine. This is a cycle that needs to be addressed and broken.
