Thee one and only Elyssa Desai - wow, I've been a fan of her and her work for the LONGEST time so it was incredible to sit down and interview her for this podcast episode!

Elyssa Desai is a Mindset Coach & Hypnotherapist, she dedicates her work to coaching women to be the best that can be, to really live up to their full potential and she does an amazing job at it too. I've teamed up with her to create an in-person event for my community and Level Up Club. Ahead of this event, I wanted to pick Elyssa's brain on common mindset blocks and how to push through them and I picked! We explored where fear and limiting beliefs come from, and how to overcome them. As well as the impact that mindset has on everyday life, not only just business but relationships with friends/family, yourself and even down to money!
