In this episode, I confront the imbalance of seriousness in the healing journey and admit how I have had to face this and shift. I offer strong direction to find joy, play, and fun amid healing from trauma and relationship wounds, and acknowledge the irony that joy is the key to true self-authenticity.
Having fun will help you tap into your trueist self, and it works to help you heal. Fun is a key part of healing and should be emphasized more in healing spaces. It is important to explore what is fun for YOU and not compare it to what is fun for others.
