Our expert guest is Dr. Christian Gonzalez, AKA Dr. G, who is a naturopathic doctor, the host of Heal Thy Self, and one of the youngest-looking and most vibrant individuals I’ve ever met!

Dr. G also really speaks my language. He believes that the body has the innate ability to heal itself when it’s given favorable conditions to thrive, and he sees his role as a medical professional to be empowering people to create those favorable conditions in their lives. This aligns so much with our mission here on Hydrate, so let’s jump in and start learning!
