I can think back to the exact moment when I recorded my first episode, and when I think about how grateful I am for this community, all the guests I’ve gotten to learn from, and how much I’ve grown and evolved along the way, I knew I had to share these five important lessons with you. 

Because if YOU have a vision on your heart to do something NEW, but you don’t have the proof to look back on a prior version of yourself that succeeded in that thing, I want you to borrow belief from ME with these lessons, and know that the feeling on your heart is a calling to GO FOR IT!
