This is a topic that I am very passionate about as I believe that if I remain physically active every single day, and push myself to build and maintain muscle and physical exertion, I will promote my life's longevity.
I am not licensed to give fitness coaching or advice, however, I have researched and tried many different exercise methods, I owned a CrossFit gym in the past, I exercise every single day, and I actively seek out and participate in physical challenges like triathlons, marathons, etc.
