This week our listener is trying to answer the same question so many of us ask....should I just get over it? Are they right? Kicked out at 19 for being with a same sex partner, our listener describes a childhood full of contol and shaming. 

Now as an adult when she tries to put in boundaries around contact, her mother flies off the handle and rages at our listener for trying to do so.
