In today's episode, I break down perception vs perspective, and why what we believe to be true and what actually may be true are not one and the same.

In our chaotic world, and with access to and misinformation shared on the internet it is easy to blend our perception and perspective.

Today I'd like to challenge you to ask yourself:

• Where do you need to step back and challenge your own beliefs?
• Where is your perspective or point of view misshaped or misguided?
• Are any of your perceptions flawed?
• If you were to work in some thinking time to think about this, what would that look like? What questions might you ask yourself about your perceptions or perspective?
