It’s not always fun talking about pain points in your marketing, but I want to show you how you can talk about pain points and not feel like a salesy jerk. Your ideal client has a problem they want to solve. And your program or offer can solve that pain point. So you talking about pain points can help a lot of people to understand more about how you can help them. ...when you do it the right way.

Asking your clients questions is a really important part of the client journey.

We’ve all seen content written by ChatGPT using words like “unleash”, “uplevel”, or “game changer” and it all sounds generic, and robotic, and ridiculously insincere.

But I have to tell you that AI assistants, quite honestly, are transforming my business. The reality of the situation is that if I want to grow my business this year, I need more time. To finish out the podcast this year, I wanted to do an episode about some of my most favorite purchases I made for my business tin 2024! This year I really dug into doing what I was doing, better. And because of this focus, I needed to invest in a lot of new tools and ways to outsource to assist with that focus.

• Opus Clip AI. This is an AI tool that takes your podcast video and splices them up into 10 or so clips to use on social media. This saves me so much time.
• Build a Bot workshop with Hattie Dunstan. This workshop helped me see what was possible with AI and I use it for my clients using my template it will create an email pitch sequence.
• ManyChat. This tool automates conversations on Instagram and can DM links to accounts when they comment a specific keyword on posts.
• Descript. This can be used for a lot of different things but I use it for the Eye Contact feature. This tool makes it look like you’re looking at the camera, when you're not.
• Outsourcing SLO funnel Ads. I hired a Facebook Ad expert and it is worth every penny. This might feel like a lot financially upfront, but if you stay focused on the ROI, it is so worth it. I’m so happy to pay this bill because I’m thrilled I don’t have to do it and I know it’s covered by an expert.

As I was prepping for this episode, I was looking at what trends I saw this past year that were getting my clients results. What were they saying and doing? How many emails were they sending? What was their email structure?

So in this episode, I'm predicting 5 email marketing trends for 2025, based on what I saw in 2024.

• Entrepreneurs will start to move off of social media and rely on more sustainable platforms, like email. You might also be getting exhausted with the algorithm and want your content to better convert into sales, which means you will need to focus on your email list and marketing. 
• Inboxes are going to get noisier because you will need to email more. In order to get your offer seen more, you will have to email more. So look at what your email marketing looks like now and how you can increase it sustainably.
• Conversion rates from email will start to drop. Don’t let this scare you! This just means that people will see right through the bad ChatGPT scripts so you will have to create a very clear message and be very strategic about what’s in your emails. 
• Data will continue to be the driving force with what works and doesn’t work with your specific audience. Different audiences perform differently, so knowing your numbers, like your click rate and open rate, will help you see where you need to shift in your email strategy. 
• Speak more to the different types of buyers that you have in your audience. You need to make sure that you are speaking to those specific types of buyers, so your potential buyers feel seen and heard.
