House Flipping HQ is back, with a ton of awesome things in store for 2015!  In today's episode, I give you a quick year-end review of 2014 and briefly touch on my business plans for 2015.  I'm also going to give you a sneak peek at some things coming up this year that I'm really excited about.

1. Believe
   • Believe in yourself that you have the ability to be successful in your business
   • You also need to Believe that your system will work and you have to believe that there is always a way to make things work

   • Surround your self with people that believe you can succeed on your business
8. Time Management
   • Pick out a certain amount of time that you will focus on one thing. Avoid Rabbit holes and determine what would be productive and not productive things.
   • Focus on the Highest and Best use of your time.
9. Persistence
   • The Ability to keep calm and keep going plus the attitude of resilience would be your number one asset
10. Adaptability
    • You need to change and adjust your system and the way you do things.
    • Be open to change and be quick on your feet
