Today I’m taking you through 7 things I’ve always done and continue to do right now in my 7 figure business.
Everything I do in my business is intentional and serves a purpose. In this episode, I share why I continue to take on certain roles in my business instead of outsourcing them and how this impacts the way we do things at Swift Ventures.
I have an incredible team around me, but the ideation of our programs, business model, curriculum and methods always start with me. I share why I think this is so important and talk about other areas I drive such as thought leadership, my offer suite strategy and being the CEO of my own business.
Sales is something a lot of people outsource but I’ve chosen to keep this as something that I do in my business because I enjoy it, I’m good at it and it works so well for the business. I also love being the lead coach and how this enables me to do my best work.
