Happy halloween, besties!

So I kept thinking about having a spooky theme to go with today's episode... But I eventually realized that maybe there's nothing spookier or scarier than knowing that we might be playing a role in our own suffering. Yes, this is more of a tough love episode but with a good intention. When we delay doing that inner work for ourselves, the price to pay is actually bigger than we think, almost like a knee injury that gets ignored and never gets checked by the doctor. So in today's episode, I talk about why it's important to start healing your inner child NOW, what actually happens when you delay it, as well as some tips to give you that push so you can start your healing journey!
