What are you making the challenges in your life mean? Whatever you're dealing with in your life, whether that's external stressors, exhaustion, or your behaviors, the way you think and feel about these things influences your experience and understanding of them.

In Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) there's this idea that our thinking shapes our emotions and drives our behaviors. Internal Family Systems (IFS) gives us a model of multiplicity, showing us the distinct parts of ourselves that make us who we are. This week, discover how this relates to your habits and how your thoughts and feelings toward your habits play an integral role in your experience of trying to make positive changes in your life.
