Thrilled to be joined by Evie Morrisson, runner, hiker, wild swimmer, tuning in from the beautiful Scottish Highlands. Of course we discuss running, from running the trails with her dogs, to completing marathons, to hiking or parkrun fun. We especially talk about her journey and how her relationships with running evolved over the years to become more wholesome and a form of self-love.
