Besties, I've only ever told a few people about my full Ayahuasca experience in Peru 7 years ago- And now I'm going to tell thousands of you on the Internet, because... YOLO! But also, this podcast is all about being open-minded and exploring beyond conventional definitions of "healing".

Hold on to your seats, 'cause this one's a bit of a rollercoaster ride!

In today's episode, I'm finally sharing my life-changing Ayahuasca ceremony experience when I was in the beautiful jungles of Peru about seven years ago. 5 ceremonies later, I had some interesting encounters with "beings". I also wasn't "cured" of my trauma, yet the experience set me on my path to healing and this podcast (which I share in the episode as well).

I talk about what I was going through during that time, how I got interested in such a unique and sacred experience, and how it changed my life for the better.
