Prior to a couple months ago, a full marathon would not have even been within the realm of my imagination. Not even a thought. It has always been something that other people do, people who are much better runners than me.
So how did we get here? I want to share with you the backstory and the lessons I learned to reach goals I thought were impossible. From believing this goal was impossible, to actually going for it.
