Elaina is 32 years old, from Brooklyn, New York and she shares her story about how she was in a situationship for a year that ended up evolving into a relationship and how it finally ended when they realized it wasn't going to go anywhere. We dive further into the shock and anxiety that can evolve when you're in a relationship with someone who can't commit, and how she was able to make sense of it all without personalizing it. I am such a big fan of Elaina, and she does such a great job of opening up about how she worked through this heartbreak, and know this episode will be so helpful for our listeners.
