In this episode, I am sharing a tool that I learned about in a leadership and strategy course at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
The tool: The Eisenhower Matrix, founded by Dwight Eisenhower.
This matrix is a time management and productivity tool designed to help people prioritize tasks based on their level of urgency and their level of importance.
I walk through the matrix in detail and share ways you can leverage this tool in your life and business.

- Of the tasks I have to do today, which quadrants do they live in, and how should I react based on how they fall on the matrix?
