  • BONUS EPISODE Season 2, Episode 23: Breathwave Ireland

Today on the podcast I am joined by Ronan O'Brien founder of Breathwave Ireland.

Breathwave is used in a meditative setting whereby people are guided through a process of relaxing and allowing their mind to be still whilst focusing on their breathing, which brings many benefits including anxiety management, detoxification, nervous system repair, and sometimes trauma release. Through a Breathwave practice, the breath is accessed as the vehicle to achieve deeper insight and clarity to one’s own questions, while supporting the letting go of stuck residual emotional patterns and energies.

  • Season 2, Episode 18: Gym+Coffee "Make Life Richer" with Diarmuid Mc Sweeney

In this episode I had the pleasure of speaking with one of the Co-founders of Ireland's largest and leading athlesiure brand Gym+Coffee, Diarmuid McSweeney. Diarmuid, alongside his friends Karl Swaine and Niall Horgan had lived abroad for a few years (Karl and Diarmuid in Sydney and Melbourne, Niall in San Francisco). They all noticed something really nice about the lifestyle there – people socialised in a very different way than they had previously tended to in Ireland.

It wasn't until his return from Australia that the entrepreneurial dream was realised. Soon Gym+Coffee was born.

In this episode Diarmuid discusses what makes Gym+Coffee the unique athleisure brand that is taking the world by storm, working with famous faces such as Brian O’Driscoll who is Head Of the Community and having just has announced a new partnership with singer Niall Horan.

  • Season 2, Episode 16: Behind The Mask With Olivia Martin

This episode was based off a recent live I did with Olivia Martin.

Olivia is a certified life coach who specialises in helping hundreds of women worldwide heal from their heartbreak, get over their ex and live their dream.
    Find her on @oliviamartincoach

We did things a little bit different, this time I was in the hot seat.

It was a very raw and honest discussion on how I found myself in the darkest place while in Australia. I had spent months trying to mask it to everyone, but as the weeks and months passed, my heartbreak had become much bigger. I had to reach out for help.

I discuss how my life has changed for the better and I am the happiest I have ever been.

Your happiness shouldn't come for anyone but you.
