Today I was joined by Nathan Joseph.
Nathan was one of the cast members of Love Island UK 2017.
On this episode Nathan discusses what it is REALLY like to be on Love Island, the process before and the reality of coming out of the villa and his whole life changing overnight.
Nathan opens up about how there was no after-care and the tragic suicides from cast members Caroline Flack, Sophie Gradon and his good friend Mike Thalassitis.
He opens up about his own battle with depression and how his decision to move to Australia was his best yet.
A fantastic episode with a good lesson on the important things in life and they didn't come from his stint on a reality show.

This week I had the pleasure of chatting with Mark Toner.
Mark has been on the podcast before and he agreed to come back on this time under one condition, there was no time limit and no script. We went Joe Rogan style.
We ended up diving into a DEEP conversation on everything and anything.
This has to be one of my favourite podcasts to record. I just let go and spoke from the heart and so did Mark.
We discussed everything from life after Australia, depression, suicide, Instagram haters, Conor Mc Gregor, psychedelics. You name it.
This is raw, honest and unedited.

Today I am joined by the wonderful Sophie who emigrated from Ireland to New York for a better life after getting a taste of what America was like on a J1 Visa summer experience.
This is a different type of episode today as we look at what it's like to live in other countries around the world as an expat.
New York opened so many doors of opportunities for Sophie including being crowned the New York Rose Of Tralee.
However, Sophie is very honest about the fast-paced lifestyle that comes with living in a city that never sleeps. She discusses why she had to give up alcohol for her mental health after endless nights out and waking up the night after the Conor Mc Gregor fight in Madison Square Garden with a sad realisation.
A truly inspiring story on how giving up alcohol has changed Sophie's life for the better.

Marty was, without doubt, the best Gaelic football player of his age group. People came from all over Ireland to see him play. His performances for St Louis Grammar School, An Ríocht and County Down lead to him being scouted by the Australian Football League (AFL) and landing a dream contract with one of the top teams Collingwood, also known as 'The Magpies'.
Marty spent seven years as a professional athlete. In between his career in Melbourne, he managed to come home and obtain a GAA All-Star and he helped take Down to their first All-Ireland Final in 16 years.
Join me as I speak with Marty on the highs of his career and the lows, including his own Collingwood fans turning on him and being diagnosed with Addison's disease which ultimately ended his career.
He shares his wisdom, his struggles, how he stays focused on the positives and his tips on how to settle back home when leaving Australia.

I met Rob In Thailand last year when I went to Unit 27 Fitness Camp to train.
Rob was just like me, Irish and chasing the Australian dream, working hard and playing harder.
Rob worked in the Mines in Australia for years when the economy was booming and then spent his days off partying in Kings Cross, Sydney when it was like the Las Vegas Strip before the lockout laws were introduced.
To his friends and family, it looked like Rob was just living a normal life, but it took Rob many years to admit that his relationship with alcohol was an issue and he one day made the decision to check in to Hope Rehab in Thailand stating "Recovery starts with Hope."
Join me as I speak with Rob about the dangerous side to living the high life in Australia.
