The first half of the episode is a review of 'Loving What Is' by Byron Katie a book that holds the power to dismantle all of your negative thoughts about yourself, others and any situation. This book was a super easy read and I'd recommend it to anyone that needs to reframe their thinking and be free from negative thought patterns.
The second half is a chat about what it takes to be content with yourself, why we care what people think, how manage judgement of yourself and from others and If its possible to 'not care'.
