In this episode, we’re talking about the importance of setting realistic goals and avoiding overwhelm. I use pointillism which I know seems random but it will make sense when you hear it as a metaphor for taking small actions that add up over time. I think this will be a really timely reminder with a new year but also a good perspective to keep with you as you progress throughout the year! Can’t wait to hear what you think of this one!!
