When Mike struggled with health challenges it forced him to pause and begin to take a close look at his life. He had a successful business and a growing family, which from the outside looked perfect, but his health challenges invited him to take a look at the beliefs and patterns that were holding him back. He shares how he navigated through his healing process, reflecting on every aspect of his approach to life and ultimately creating experiences that feel right.
Sometimes life can knock us down to wake us up and can literally stop us in our track so we can take a step back and re-evaluate where we are heading.

Boundaries can be defined as the limits that we set around what we will or will not do, will or will not tolerate, and will or will not accept. This is what we’re talking about in today’s episode, which is all about setting Boundaries for ourselves. Our guest today, the fabulous Nancy Levin, brings empowering insight that is relatable on so many levels.
Are you a people pleaser? Do you bend over backward to make sure that everyone has everything they need, and let your own wants and needs fall by the wayside? How are you willing to step up for yourself? These are just some of the questions we’ll be discussing as we talk about how you can take time and energy back, freed up to inhabit your own lives and create space for what YOU truly desire.
Just remember that setting boundaries are between you and YOU…and just having this awareness will help you figure out where you’ve been sacrificing your own needs in life..in your career, your relationships and even your own well-being.

We’ll dive deep into just how important meditation can be to improving your life, and begin to understand the real impact stress has on you and your body, including the fact that being stressed gives the illusion of productivity, which couldn’t be further from the truth. So listen in today and learn how you can take your meditation practices to the next level and truly improve your life.

I’m sure many of us have been in the situation where we are sitting at the doctor’s office as they explain our options to move forward from a health challenge, and just feel overwhelmingly confused. Confused if we have other options or should get a second opinion, confused if their suggestions will actually heal the issue, even confused about how you will manage the insurance. This medical journey you’re about to embark on has so many directions as you navigate through, as some would say, this “broken” health care system.
Today we will be speaking with Adrienne Nolan-Smith as she shares insight into her wellness journey and the story behind founding WellBe, her company that helps to bridge the gap between the wellness movement and the healthcare system. Today we’ll learn why the healthcare system is so broken and how to be a better advocate for yourself. We’ll also take a deep dive in how food can affect your mental health. Adrienne is determined to facilitate a change by helping you get and stay well and demand a trusting healthcare system that supports you and your quality of life.
About Adrienne Nolan-Smith:
Adrienne is a speaker, board certified patient advocate and the founder of WellBe. She had some tough experiences in the healthcare system, but they made her dedicate her life to helping others prevent chronic health issues, and heal them naturally when they arise. WellBe is her greatest mission and her life’s work.
