The other day I came across a quote: "Don't take criticism from someone you would not go to for advice". It was such a good quote, I knew a social media post alone wouldn't suffice—I had to make it a whole podcast episode.

Taking criticism and advice are two sides of the same coin, but at their core, they aren't really that different. Anybody can offer you words—you then get to decide how you interpret those words.
