Worship Playlist: “Let’s Worship” & Vibe With Jesus Playlist

    Today’s Challenge:

    • Create your own pocket prayer.

    Prayers from the Episode:

    • Lord, help me to know when it's time to make moves, when it's time to stay planted, and when it is time to uproot.
    • Help me to recognize the doors you’ve opened for me, and to walk through them with Your confidence.
    • Dear God, please remove any and everything in my life that wasn't sent by you. Please give me the discernment to understand the difference between your blessings and things that were sent to be lessons. Heal my heart from any past hurts, trauma, and pain. Please open my heart to be able to accept all of the things that you are removing out of my life. I trust in you and I know that you will never leave me nor forsake me. In your name I pray. Amen
    • Lord, I pray for clarity and peace of mind oh God. Father God please fill me with your wisdom and spirit. Father God I pray that you keep my mind, that you fortify it, that you renew it along with my spirit.
    • Dear God, I am hurting. I know you are my provider and will bring me through. Lord please fill me with strength oh lord, and restore me, and establish me oh God, so that I feel rooted and strong.

  • 449 | Why are You Playing Small? It’s Time to Embrace Your Boldness: Why You Deserve to Take Up Space, Feel Seen, and Be Heard

Playing small is costly, and this episode is your permission slip to stop shrinking, stop apologizing for your brilliance, and step fully into your boldness. Tyra breaks down what it means to take up space, trust your value, and carry Big Deal Energy into 2026. If you’re ready to step fully into your life, show up unapologetically, and leave behind hesitation and self-doubt, this episode serves as your roadmap.

This week’s Affirmation is: “I am the main character in my story.”

    3 Biggest Takeaways

    1. Taking up space starts with YOU: You can’t expect the world to see your worth if you don’t first honor your own presence.
    2. Boldness isn’t always loud: Sometimes it’s internal, quiet, and about choosing yourself even when no one is clapping.
    3. Imposter syndrome can’t stop you: Name it, document your wins, reframe failure, and visualize yourself confidently taking up space.

Are you ready to start falling in love with your life exactly as it is?

In this episode, Tyra breaks down the practical, realistic ways to romanticize your everyday and find joy in the ordinary. No marble countertops, no perfect aesthetic, just intentional moments that make your life feel softer, richer, and more yours. This week’s Affirmation is: “I deserve a life that FEELS good.”

    3 Biggest Takeaways

    1. Romance is a skill, not an aesthetic: Not about trends or perfection, it’s about paying attention and savoring tiny moments.
    2. Micro-rituals transform routines into joy: Small, intentional acts—lighting a candle, playing your favorite song, savoring coffee—reset your nervous system and elevate your mood.
    3. Your life is rich and worthy of love right now: You don’t need anyone or anything else to validate it. Presence, intention, and gratitude are the keys to falling in love with your everyday.

  • 445 | Living Far Away From Home: Redefining What “Home” Means When You’ve Outgrown It | Feeling Disconnected This Holiday Season

Have you ever felt like you’ve outgrown your hometown, but still carry it in your heart?

In this episode, Tyra reflects on the delicate balance of loving where you’re from while stepping into who you’re becoming. From creating home moments in new spaces to redefining traditions and embracing growth, she shares personal stories, lessons learned, and practical ways to feel connected even when you’re far from home.

This week’s Affirmation is: “It is safe for me to outgrow what once felt familiar.”

This week’s Affirmation is: “I am open to giving and receiving the kind of friendship that feels like home.”

    3 Biggest Takeaways

    1. Friendships have levels and seasons—acquaintances, seasonal friends, core/inner circle, mirror friends, and distant friends—and understanding these helps you navigate your energy and expectations.
    2. Being a good friend starts with self-reflection: emotional availability, consistency, honesty, reciprocity, and accountability.
    3. The small, surface-level debates (splitting the check, RSVPs, birthdays) matter less than being intentional, communicative, and showing up authentically.
