Today I’m joined by the incredible Jill Stanton, creator of Millionaire Girls Club, to chat all about finding alignment, knowing your unique design and the key to creating sustainability in your online business. 

As co-creator of the hugely successful coaching platform Screw The Nine To Five, Jill was very much someone I looked up to when I was starting my own business. Her accomplishments as a leader in the early days of the online coaching world were incredibly inspiring, and she continues to impress with her numerous achievements in her current coaching business. 

With Millionaire Girls Club, Jill curates and hosts lavish retreats for women entrepreneurs, who are making over one million and look to surround themselves with others who match their energy and ambition for life. 

We hear about Jill’s decision to transition out of the business she founded with her husband and embark on the journey of building a platform that supports passionate, growth-minded women to achieve their dreams. 

While the idea for Millionaire Girls Club hit her like lightning, Jill’s path to bringing it into reality wasn’t a smooth one. She shares how damaging relationships and encounters with women in the past had her doubting whether she was the one to execute the vision. Jill initially shied away from following through with her dream, shrouded in fear around showing up and holding space for powerful women. 

However, when she could no longer ignore the call of her vision, Jill stepped out in faith and took action to bring it to life. She shares how the first retreat she hosted opened her up to effortless healing and an instant alignment in her being. We discuss the importance of finding true connection to ourselves in our work, and how our strengths will be catered to when we find that true alignment. 

Jill shares her insight on the changing online coaching landscape, and the key to staying on your game in order to rise above the noise. We discuss the idea of being agile in order to continue showing up and succeeding during the hardships we inevitably face in business. 

We discuss the daunting process of making decisions that are in line with our values, even when it fails to make sense to others or causes them upset. Jill shares her own experiences of closing down programs in her former business, and how staying true to her own intuition helped her push through the guilt. 

Our conversation is incredibly enlightening for anyone wanting to learn the key to expansion in business, cultivating the resilience to keep pushing forward and leading in a way that is aligned with their true self.
