Dr. Rachel Singer is awesome. She's a psychologist in my area and is a wonderful, kind, and intelligent therapist for anxious kids (and adults, and parents). This is an awesome conversation that really I did not keep on track even slightly because we had so much fun discussing our own experiences with anxiety in childhood and all about the SPACE program for kids.
