RMD's Meredith Wallace joins Dr. Durst in the studio to talk about supplements and injections and what is right for you.   

Glutathione, the master antioxidant, can be in a intramuscular shot or IV drip. Meredith and Dr. Durst discuss why glutathione taken orally is not as beneficial or as easily absorbed. IM shot IV therapy to boost is very beneficial.   

The Gacliv shot is used for recovery, energy, and protein synthesis. GACLIV is Glutamine, Argenine, Carnitine, Lysine, Isoleucine, and Valine. Dr. Durst and Meredith discuss the benefits of this injection and who could really use it. If the food that you're eating isn't being absorbed fully, these types of amino acids are pertinent to an add-in. Pre, Intra, or post-workout, It's always a great time to take it. It is great for recovering AND muscle building.
