Most people define a workaholic based on the number of hours they work, but I have a pretty different take on it, and it's the reason I think so many more people are actually workaholics and don't even realize it.
Today, I'm going to define “workaholic” for you, and then if you're a workaholic, I'm going to tell you how you can recover from it.
