I’m 31 years old and feel like I have radical candida overgrowth. I see white on my tongue and sometimes have red rashes along with bloating after I eat. Are heavy metals related to candida? I think I shouldn’t kill candida just make sure the balance is okay right? Please give me your thoughts.

My doctor told me I have high blood pressure and wants to put me on medication. What can I do to avoid taking medication?

What are some practical substances you have around the house for a “herbal first aid” kit? I have MSM, hydrogen peroxide and other things. But I’m curious what you have laying around in case of emergency and/or what you might recommend. –

We went over Julian’s question about skin problems and some topical treatments she could do for her skin conditions and making sure she reduces fine lines and wrinkles. We also talked about how much sun to expose your skin to, vitamin D levels, colon cleansing, enemas, liver health and how all of those tie into good skin health. Markus Rothkranz wrote an entire ebook on skin if you’re interested called Heal Your Face.

Also you might consider some of the natural cosmetics for topical treatments for your skin.

Then on a similar topic we discussed some candida and yeast issues Doug was facing. I hope you got that sorted out Doug. Please email me if you need some further resources!

Candida is a huge topic today. I should have mentioned the ebook Yeast Infection No More which is a good course on getting your candida levels back in balance. But make sure you don’t kill all the candida because without them we’d die. We NEED small amounts of candida to function properly.

We also talked about high blood pressure. I suspect high blood pressure is related to cholesterol also. I may be wrong on that. But if cholesterol is something that concerns you, you might want to look into this.

Lastly we talked William’s email about herbal first aid kits and what to have in them. You’ll really enjoy Atom’s take on this.

Atom has been teaching workshops and seminars across the U.S.A. since 1977. With over 50 years experience in health and nutrition, Atom has been counseling people with various diseases and ailments since the 70’s.
