Today on the Shape It up Over 40 podcast, I am going to talk about who you want to be when you are at your ideal weight or in your ideal physique.
I am always aiming to level myself up to become a new improved version of me. For me it’s like getting updates on a regular basis. I have been working on stepping into this new version of me for some time now and I want you to know that this whole leveling up thing is a process. It’s a similar process that I do with my clients.
Because if you are not happy with the body you have right now…you are looking to level up …to get an update…to become a better version of you.
This doesn’t mean the current version of you is wrong or bad or anything like that...it’s just you want more….and I truly believe that is what we are meant to do with our time on planet earth…make an impact in peoples lives and keep impacting your own life.
So, when you are starting to become aware that you aren’t happy with the body you have ..you start envisioning what you do want …what kind of body you want to live in. What kind of clothes you would like to be wearing. Maybe some activities you would like to be trying…like surfing…or hiking…or even just traveling and being able to walk and keep up with the people you are traveling with.
