QUICKIE: This week Tatiana and Amanda are back and chatting about Friend Breakups. This episode covers the uncharted territory of abrupt endings to friendship. Where romantic endings come with hallmark romcoms, songs, and sob nights with close friends, a friend breakup is eerily...hush-hush. Usually coupled with grief, loneliness, anger, confusion, and shame regardless of what side of the breakup you're on.
On this Quickie we cover:

So what exactly is an Erotic Blueprint? And what does that say about us and our sex lives? Lea is here on todays podcast to tell us ALL. In fact, there are a lot of stereotypes about what provides a fulfilling sex life... Sex techniques are no guarantee of orgasmic bliss, and using the wrong technique or approach on the wrong person can create turn off, shutdown, and possibly even traumatic response. As a former high performance coach for Tony Robbins and Master trainer for The Erotic Blueprint™, Lea helps busy individuals overcome the cycles of overwhelm and exhaustion so that they can live lives ~dripping~ with pleasure.
On the show today we cover:

!!ATTN: A lovely listener pointed out to us a correction on the topic of herpes that we discuss during this episode. HSV1 orally CAN be passed genitally but it does NOT change to HSV2. It is just HSV1 genitally. So if someone with coldsore (HSV1), has oral sex, they can pass HSV1 to their genitals. But is doesn't become HSV2.

INTERVIEW: On the podcast today I’m in conversation with Kiana Reeves. A somatic sex educator, pelvic care practitioner, certified doula, and Foria's Chief Education Officer. Kiana started her career in birth work as a full spectrum doula, working with mothers and families during birth, postpartum, abortion, and miscarriage. The more she studied, the more she realized society’s need for better education around female pleasure, intimacy, and sexual wellness from a holistic perspective. This realization sparked her passion for understanding the connection between wellness, sexuality, birth, intimacy, and the many cycles of change women experience during their lifespan.

INTERVIEW: Today I’m excited to welcome Courtney Brame to the podcast. Courtney is the founder of Something Positive for Positive People, a non-profit organization and podcast series on a mission to dissolve stigma, improve mental health, and promote minimization around sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Courtneys own journey began after getting a herpes diagnosis himself. After feeling left in the dark with healthcare resources, he began talking to others online, and soon realized the ways in which STI diagnoses had effects on mental health. On the episode today we cover how we can better have sexual health conversations, and in turn, how we can have deeper, more connected and authentic sexual experiences. Courtney also shares how we can become better allies around stigma in general, and cultivate a better mindset around sexual, mental health, and the reality of STIs.
As a quick disclaimer, we do touch on the subject of suicide in this episode. If you are sensitive or triggered around this subject please skip through (14:00 - 19:30).
We also have resources below if you are or know someone who is struggling. As you’ll hear in this episode, Courtney’s work is dedicated to destigmatizing the connections within the worlds of sexual and mental health. You are not alone.

INTERVIEW: Today on the podcast I’m really excited to be in conversation with Lindsey Simcik. Lindsey is the co-host of the podcast series Almost 30, and I’m thrilled to have her on the show today to talk about her latest endeavor and passion project: The Sacredness of Being Single! Some might say that Lindsey is an expert at in-betweening — a term we dive into deeply on the show today — it’s what got her started on her podcasting journey and continues her curiosity in all things wellness, spirituality, and growth. On today’s episode Lindsey shares with Bedside what she coins as one of her most sacred times of in-betweening: the 6 year period in which she was single. On the show today Lindsey shares her personal story of finding her partner, but more importantly, finding herself along the way. We unpack the judgement and pressures around being single and Lindsey reframes for us how we can better begin to collaborate with our soul desires, redefine our need stories, and take back the narrative of the season of singlehood.
