INTERVIEW: Today I’m excited to bring back guest and relationship & manifestation expert, Amanda Blair, to the podcast! If you haven’t already listened to the first episode with Amanda, Manifesting Love, I recommend starting there before getting into this episode. We lay a lot of groundwork for the conversation we have today as we delve deeper into the work behind manifestation, and finding lasting connections in the name of relationships and intimacy. This particular conversation with Amanda is something I can’t wait for you to listen to. Whether or not you are in relationship, calling in partnership, friendship, or casually dating this episode is for you. Amanda shares with Bedside her philosophies on co-creating connections with others and the universe, the slow sex and dating movement, manifesting your full list for a partner, and what filling your cup really looks like. There are so many nuggets of wisdom in this conversation and I hope this episode proves to be an expansive dialog for you — I know it was for me.

INTERVIEW: Today on the podcast I am joined by my guest Amanda Blair, a relationship and manifestation expert, coach, and writer. Amanda has always had a knack for relationships and healing modalities and her ethos is simple and clear: she believes relationships are our biggest assignments and the place where all our work really shows up. Her goal and objective is to help individuals heal from their insecure attachment styles, past wounds, raise self worth, and start living authentically to call in their ideal relationship. On the show today we unpack Amanda’s own personal journey, the process of manifestation backed by neuroscience, cultivating magnetism, and so much more! INTERVIEW: (Trigger Warning — Domestic Abuse) Today I’m in conversation with Rosie Aiello, a life coach, author, podcaster and founder of the Love is Kind Network. Rosie’s story is one of true inspiration, and is outlined in her memoir, 11 Hours to Freedom, where she shares her story of being trapped in an emotionally, mentally and financially abusive relationship for nearly 25 years. It was when Rosie engineered an international escape from the Middle East to save her young adult daughter and herself from domestic violence that she rediscovered her voice, and is now on a mission to do the same for millions of others. On today’s episode Rosie shares her own healing journey, and gives insight into her process working with individuals to release the invisible shackles of abuse.

INTERVIEW: Today I’m in conversation with my guest, Dr. Marcy Crouch, about the unsung hero in sexual health: the pelvic floor. Now I’m sure a lot of you might have an idea of what the pelvic floor does for our health and wellbeing, but I’m also going to guess that you might not know much at all! That’s why I’m excited to introduce Dr. Marcy Crouch, AKA The Down There Doc, and Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Women’s Health Physical Therapy. Today Marcy shares with Bedside just what is going on down there between the purpose of our pelvic floor functionality (hint: it’s A LOT), and the importance and service of the pelvic floor to our sexual wellbeing. Dr. Marcy Crouch knows a thing or two about how our pelvic floors are linked to all things sex. So much so she decided to create programs designed for mothers and birthing persons everywhere as the NEW standard for birth prep and recovery. She is changing the way women are preparing for their births and elevating postpartum care for all.

INTERVIEW: Today I’m in conversation with Avril Louise Clarke, a clinical sexologist and project manager for Erika Lust's non-profit project The Porn Conversation. On the podcast today we are talking all about pornography — the deep prevalence of it, the secrecy, the harm, the benefits, the ethics, and important cultural indications. Born and raised in Miami, Avril has always had a passion for women's issues, politics, and the access and availability of comprehensive sex education. As we cover the pornographic landscape Avril shares just the sheer scale of the adult entertainment industry and how we can become porn literate: engaging with porn in a healthy and pleasurable way and how we can use it as a tool to open up the conversation in hopes of bettering our sexual expression, communication, and exploration.

What is between you and the sex you crave? What is between you and the relationships you desire? Good sex is something we all deserve, so what’s getting in the way? On today's Quickie I explore the barriers keeping us from our connection to our bodies, erotic energy, and sense of pleasure. More specifically HOW it can help us deeply heal, recover, and create space and opportunity to reconnect to ourselves, our relationships, and damn good sex. It’s safe to say this is a loaded topic, but an important one to uncover. Notions of stress, lack of communication, past trauma, and beliefs around sexuality all have a role in the bedroom. What are the barriers you face the most? Uncover this with me, and let me share what I consider are the top tips on creating a sex & love life of your dreams!
