In this episode, Teemu Arina meets Joe Cohen, CEO of SelfDecode, to discuss the complex nature of a purely data-driven approach to biohacking via genetic testing and various biomarkers.
Joe recalls his biohacking journey, his trial-and-error approach, years of self-experimentation, following gurus (and then choosing not to do so anymore) and the incredible insights which led to him ultimately founding SelfDecode.
SelfDecode is the only company in the world which directly provides their users with a holistic set of accurate health recommendations based on their genes. This allows them to take charge of their own healthcare with data-driven precision health decisions.
In order to make the best health decisions, we must take all of our health data into account. Otherwise, we'll end up addressing individual problems or symptoms without looking at the whole picture. The problem is that there is just too much information for any human to analyze - this is where the power of AI comes in.

Dr. Steven Schwartz is the founder and President of Bioharmonic Technologies, which is a human optimization technology and therapeutic music company created to raise the vibration of the planet and harmonize humanity using sound, light, frequency, and vibration.
Since 2000, he has been specializing in the bioenergetic correction of systemic inflammatory conditions, autoimmune diseases, allergies, and chronic pain, as well as the optimization of human performance.
He has been the clinic director and chief over-seeing practitioner of numerous multidisciplinary alternative integrative medicine facilities throughout Colorado.
Dr. Steve studied Sports Medicine and Biology at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts and holds a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College.
He is an exemplary lecturer and teacher that has educated countless doctors, healthcare practitioners and the general public on integrating a new understanding of human physiology along with new cutting-edge technologies.
Dr. Schwartz’s practice philosophy has always been to access physiology at the point of origination, the level of cellular communication, and the level of bioresonance, which supersedes biochemistry. Bioresonance can correct biochemistry, quickly, naturally and non-invasively.

Warren Phillips, AKA the Non-Toxic Dad, joins Teemu Arina to explore the many aspects of non-toxic living.
After completing his master’s in geology, Warren worked as a scientist for several years. However, his focus shifted when he started struggling with unusual health issues and started noticing the harmful effects toxins had on his health. This sparked his passion for researching and promoting a toxin-free lifestyle.
Warren discovered solutions to his health struggles through his healing journey and years of research. He realized that many illnesses and chronic conditions people face are caused by exposure to toxins in our environment, food, and everyday products.
Warren’s mission is to help others achieve healthy and happy toxin-free living. He believes that toxins should be “canceled” and that everyone can live healthier by making simple changes to their daily routines. As a father, he understands the importance of teaching children how to live toxin-free lives. He has made it his goal to educate families on the dangers of toxins and the benefits of a toxin-free lifestyle.
