 Today, we’re going to talk about the three things you must say NO to if you want more freedom in your life and business.

Is saying, “No” difficult for you? For a while in my business (and life for that matter), this was one of the hardest things for me to do. But, when I got more comfortable graciously declining things that weren’t right for me, or things that I just frankly didn’t want to do - my business and life transformed. I truly believed that this right here, saying NO, is one of the main factors of the success I’ve built in my business. If I could give just one piece of advice to entrepreneurs who want to grow their business, it’s this.

You have to stay saying YES to less. For you, for your clients, for the growth of your business. Ready to get more of your time and energy back? Ready to just breathe a sigh of relief knowing that your schedule will not be so full?

- How to say no without feeling guilty
- How to politely and gracious say no to an opportunity that isn’t right for you
- What you should say no to, so that you can grow your business

Today, we’re going to talk about gaining clarity in your business by setting one PROFIT goal. One of the most challenging parts about being an entrepreneur, especially in the beginning of your journey, is gaining a clear vision of your financial goals and knowing the steps that you need to take to reach them.

Years ago as a new small business owner and solopreneur, I was obsessed with tracking our revenue. Revenue was what I focused on, revenue was how I set our financial goals. But, as you can probably guess, at the end of the year when we looked at our numbers, the actual profit that we took home (or lack of) was alarming.

It was then that I took a step back to figure out my profit goal. This set off a whole chain of events that eventually got us to financial freedom and grew my business by 6 figures that year. It was so empowering to know exactly where I needed to be to reach my goal, so every time I sat down to work, I knew where we were headed. I could look at what we were doing and ask myself, “Are we on track? Do we need to course correct?” When you have sight of the end goal, those questions are easy to answer. I’m going to help you do in this episode.

By the end of this episode, I want you to have a crystal clear vision of your profit goal. I want you to feel confident that you can hit it. AND I want you to have a tangible realistic plan to get there.
