Fam, I am NOT all about the ‘New Year, New Me’ thing. I feel like so many of us set ourselves up for failure by setting unrealistic expectations that ultimately lowers our self worth and self trust. 

What I AM about is first of all, CELEBRATING all of your WINS - and I mean REALLY celebrating, not just saying it.
