This episode features Steve Lidstone who is the Associate Director of Sports Performance at Brock University where he manages the Sports Medicine and Sports Performance Departments. Steve is the former Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at York and McMaster Universities. He has been a Strength & Conditioning Consultant with Hockey Canada’s national women’s team since 2005 and also consults with a number of other Canadian National Teams. Steve has been an instructor at several educational institutions and presents regularly at professional conferences. He’s been a leader and mentor in the field of human performance and has made a difference in the lives of many performance professionals in Canada.
