He’s worked across high-pressure domains—from professional sports and executive leadership to tactical military environments—and currently serves as a coach for the Navy SEAL Foundation’s Warrior Fitness Program, supporting active duty and veteran SEALs in achieving long-term operational readiness.
With deep expertise in strength and conditioning and breathwork, Rob has consulted on best practices in recovery, resilience, and performance for organizations including the UFC Performance Institute, ALTIS, and both U.S. and Allied Special Operations units. He also applies this experience to support Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athletes in building systems that can withstand the grind of combat sports.
